Where is my order?

How long will it take to receive my order?

At Printesso, we ensure each acrylic piece is inspected before shipping. Our processing time is 3–4 business days. We offer various shipping options: Standard (3–5 days), Expedited (1–2 days), and International (10–21 days). Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking email. For lost or damaged items, contact us for assistance. Shipping time is in addition to our processing time.

What is your return policy?

At Printesso, our return policy is divided into two categories. For custom and personalized products, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to the nature of the printing process. For static and standard collections, we accept returns within 30 days if items are in original packaging and undamaged. Return shipping costs for non-damaged items are the customer's responsibility. If an item arrives damaged, we will replace it or issue a refund upon verification.

How do I care for my product?

To clean fingerprints and dust from your artwork, use mild soap (such as Dawn) and water with a microfiber towel. Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners and paper towels.
